A gorgeous sunny day with no wind, perfect for a ride in the hills.

I started from Pendam and rode along the Pendam trail to the Visitor Centre where I met up with Shem and 7 guys from Cornwall. After a bit of a pfaff whilst they got ready we headed off on the trail. Down the Italian Job and then over towards Hippity Hops. They loved the Hippity Hops and were pretty stoked after the sections around the lake as well. We then went onto the Summit Trail, up over the moorland and down Mark of Zorro where they couldn't quite believe how good it was.

To be honest it was super smooth and riding really well in the sunshine. The climb up the leg burner wasn't too bad so we decided to punish them a bit by doing the climb up to the viewpoint rather than along the fire-road before heading back to the visitor centre along Drunken Druid and High as a Kite.

The others all stopped at the visitor centre and I made my way back to Pendam via the Italian Job and Hippity Hops.

A perfect day for it and a nice leisurely ride in the sunshine.
